Mr. Alden graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre from the University of New Mexico in the spring of 2012. After performing in shows both near to home and far abroad, he returned to school and received his Juris Doctor degree from UNM in the spring of 2015. During law school, he competed in the Williams Institute national moot court competition and represented low-income clients through the Business & Tax Clinic. He returned to school and received his LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University in 2017.
Mr. Alden was admitted to the New Mexico State Bar and the Bar of the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico in 2015. Prior to joining the legal team at Chapman and Priest, he worked for a prominent Plaintiff’s civil litigation firm where he represented clients in a variety of personal injury, institutional liability, and civil rights cases.
Mr. Alden currently practices in the areas of insurance defense, employment disputes, personal injury, wrongful death, and general litigation.
