Mitchell J. Freedman received his Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law. He is licensed to practice in California and Arizona and is licensed to appear before all State Courts in each of those States. Mr. Freedman is also licensed to appear in the Northern, Eastern, Central and Southern Federal Districts of California and District Court in Arizona. He is currently awaiting licensing to practice law before State Courts in New Mexico. Mr. Freedman is rated “AV Preeminent” in the Martindale Hubbell Law Dictionary. This rating is derived from a survey of other attorneys and judges. He has also been named a “Best Lawyer” in Los Angeles Magazine in 2016 and “Best Lawyer” in San Diego Magazine in 2013.
Mr. Freedman practices in the areas of insurance defense, insurance coverage, employment law, business torts and contracts and general civil litigation. He has extensive trial and arbitration experience in each of the areas in which he practices.
In 2013, Mr. Freedman received a certificate from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University. He has appeared as a judge pro tempore in State Courts in California as a mediator. Mr. Freedman has also been active in several civic and religious organizations over the years and has successfully served as president in civic and religious organizations.
